Second day

Day 2 is first Basic class.
Instructor Deguchi leaded this class.

3 women, 4 men joined the class. “That was fun” so he said.
In Basic class, they learned basic movement and techniques like triangle from cross guard and arm bar. you can regularly see this techniques in famous MMA match. You can use this techniques even if you’re black belt.

Today is Kinder class and Kids class(2nd time). after that All level class and Advance class. You can learn from basic to modern Jiu-jitsu!! You have experience? or you don’t have? Are you Expert? Doesn’t matter!! Everyone can join this class!!
